Utilizing and following clinical protocols and evidence based practice patterns. Collaborate and follow appropriate treatment goals and plans of care established by supervising PT. Administer appropriate treatment and assess patient response. Demonstrating flexibility in scheduling patient visits in order to meet the needs of the patient and/or referral source. Assists owner with community outreach efforts, identifying new markets, or suggest opportunities for programs within the clinic.

Observation, recording, and reporting of relevant patient interactions to appropriate personnel. Performing treatment procedures in accordance with stated plan of care. Participation in continuing education and activities to benefit patients. Maintaining specific treatment area in compliance with company policy and state standards. Working collaboratively with therapy team and additional staff involved in patient treatment. Effective verbal and written communication reflected in education and documentation.

Under the direction and collaboration with a physical therapist, providing quality therapeutic treatment for a variety of diagnoses, cultures, and ages. Ability to produce reflective documentation with emphasis on education and delivery of therapy services. Efficiency when working on multiple floors, prioritizing patients, and intervention planning. Flexibility and adaptability to emergent or acute working conditions.
