As a Ruff Rider Leader, our leadership team works together with the Athletics Department's Staff at Santa Clara University, as well as the entire marketing team to promote all our Division I Athletics games on campus. Together, we increase fan engagement across Instagram and Twitter through tabling, promotion, raffles, and other events. During game days, our team creates an environment for the ultimate fan experience through court/field competitions, planned chants, and other paid fan experiences to keep the stadium and school spirit up. This season we successfully filled the stadium with over 500 people, expanding our audience through celebrity game appearances (Steve Nash & Brandin Podziemski), jersey giveaways, & other rewards.

Began with training and planning as a staff member for LEAD week, a week-long detailed immersive orientation for over 100 incoming LEAD students in preparation for their college careers.As a LEAD seminar peer educator, I worked with a LEAD seminar teacher to oversee 15 students by assisting with lectures, discussions, activities, and class planning. The goal was to support fellow first-generation students by creating a safe and comfortable environment where they can build community, be introduced to helpful resources, and work to set themselves up for success as they navigate college.

Completed over 10 service hours in my campus, chapter, community, and country. Met with my pledge class's executive committee weekly to aid in the planning of events and fundraisers. My job as VP of operations was to take easily understandable minutes and notes of each meeting, communicate with my PEXCOMM to reserve event spaces as well as know all 17 members of the pledge class's availabilities; worked together to raise $1500 through various planned fundraisers.
