Worked 8+ years in the customer service / retail management sectors since leaving school. Mainly this was with The Reject Shop Busselton. I loving helping helping people in anyway I can. Started a management position about 5 years into my career and loved the changed of running a team and being a leader. I felt like I really thrived in that environment. I had to leave retail due to COVID 19 restructuring the whole business module and upper management making the decision to remove Assistant Managers from the employee structure. Began a career change with Max Employment as a Placement Consultant in early 2021, really enjoy the Human Services industry and would like to continue with it. I find it really rewarding helping and assisting people in bettering their lives. Due to the Australian Government not renewing the JobActive contract in the South West region of Western Australia, it will be very difficult continuing with my career with Max Employment.
