I graduated the Electrical Power Distribution program at Chippewa Valley Technical Collage, in March of 2018. While attending school I overcame many tasks and learned that team work is always key. With the skills I learned in school I will apply them to the real world and to the job site. I will be taking my hard work ethic and safety conscious mind to another extent. During the nine months of school I have received a class A CDL, OSHA 10 class, and First Aid and CPR certified. During the rest of the duration of 2018 I was working with J&R Underground where I learned a great deal about underground power. To kick off the 2019 season I started back up with J&R, but got a job offer from Wisconsin Public Service where I was a utility locator. As of November of 2020 I have been following my dreams working on a distribution crew, with Xcel Energy. With this skill set I have acquired, I believe that I could become a lifelong member with your outstanding team of lineman.
