I have always been an outgoing person who builds relationships with new people. Creating relationships with new people is a strength and a hobby of mine, that I have honed and developed at Firethorn Golf Club as well as the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I excel in customer service as it is the primary role performed in my current position. Whether that is making relationships with customers over the phone or in person, providing them the best quality of service comes first. Listening to member feedback to provide members with an attentive, professional, and positive experience is something that I take seriously. Learning and adapting to customer's different needs is a quality of mine. I also take pride in good relationships with coworkers. In my current position, I instruct and educate new employees on the products and services offered, making sure new employees have a comprehensive understanding of their roles. I am seeking to learn and gain more experience in the business world through internships in Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance.
