Client Data Analyst
Current-Act as main billing liaison for assigned new enterprise clients billing & data analysis/ad hoc reporting during on-boarding process-Strengthen relationships with clients/sales agents to ensure business growth -Assist in on-boarding new customers with kickoff calls to discuss billing requirements-Audit client invoices on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of rates, payments & optimal operational metrics -Track billing disputes & other discrepancies; follow up with sales staff & pricing analysts-Coordinate with other departments for the implementation of new services, rate changes & standard operating procedures -Produce, examine, & distribute customer billing metrics & invoice parameters-Create & edit custom reports & verify accuracy of customer billing data
