The program aims to provide first year students with a mentor who is a high-level current studentthat can provide timely guidance to help new students to rise to the challenge of learning at University.The role has helped the development of my interpersonal skills, leadership, organisational skills and time management. It has also allowed myself to be more involved with the Engineering School at Griffith.
