- I am serving as the Program Director of two program areas (Paddle Boarding and Woodshop)- I am in charge of creating a schedule of activities for the entire summer for the campers to follow. - These range from personal projects in the Woodshop that teach campers how to use tools correctly and safely, while also learning how to design a project - On Paddle Boarding, creating theme days, teaching the campers to safely and properly use the boards, and making sure that everyone is involved and having a fun time.- I am also in charge of planning and running the campfires that happen throughout the summer. This includes planning skits, including both campers and staff on fun chants and songs, as well as choosing a certain member of staff to light the fire. This is someone who goes above and beyond and a great example for other staff members to follow.
