- Organising and conducting one-on-one resource classes as part of the teaching of English as a second language to students from foreign countries- Attending and facilitating discourse in the graphic novel book club held by the school library- Coaching rugby after school hours [running training exercises, refereeing small, in-training games]- Assisting in the coaching and organising of inter-school tennis tournaments [supervising practices and matches, organising fixtures, representing the school at meetings between coaches]- Assisting pupils in the preparation of debates for in-house debating competition- Creating and teaching Transition Year modules in Classical Studies (Modern adaptations of Homer’s Odyssey, The Facts and Fictions of the Battle of Thermopylae, Propaganda study in Virgil’s Aeneid)- Supervising/ working as a drama and oratory coach for a large scale group trip to an adventure camp in Mount Callan, Co. Clare

- Dealing with issues such as bullying and children with behavioural issues on a daily basis- Supervising groups of children (approx. 30 in number) on trips to various destinations/ activities- Daily planning of sailing lessons for widely varying numbers of children

- Creating schemes of work/ year plans for a variety of classes with considerations made for varying learning abilities- Creating and teaching Transition Year modules for English and History (Perspectives in Film, Dystopian Fiction, Archaeology of the Landscape, Literature of the First World War)- Assisting students with oratory skills in preparation for a large pageant style event- Organising and supervising large scale class trips to the National Museum of Ireland, Collin’s Barracks, Dublin and Newgrange Heritage Centre, Co. Meath

- Teaching sailing/ sailing theory in a class room environment and on water in the San Francisco bay area- Being responsible for the education and behaviour of groups of ten or less children- Dealing with issues such as bullying and making sure that every child received equal attention
