Senior Associate, Shared Services Knowledge Management
Current- Co-founder and program manager of the DraftKings Customer Council- Facilitate all interviews for Knowledge Management interns- Vertical and Product owner of the Help Center- Conduct monthly audits of all the Help Center's documentation (organizing thousands of articles)- Build decision tree flows to include in Zendesk through AI-driven resources with Stonly- Conduct training on all Zendesk tools for our interns- Design onboarding for Smartsheet for our team- Curate the full onboarding schedule for our interns- Lead Help Center inclusion in Discord project- Multi-partner collaboration for curating, reviews, and legal- Use numerous lotus themes via HTML to build accordions, callouts, and other article types- Manage our intern's projects through Smartsheet- Develop key KPIs and SLAs for the Help Center team- Develop and edit all the internal content associated with the 2024 Super Bowl readiness-Internal Knowledge Management stakeholder for internal education during Pick6 launch- Stakeholder in Release Readiness program for the Knowledge Management team leading collaboration with the partnering team's submitting content request.
