I am a graduate from Central Michigan University with a major in Information Systems and emphasis on Enterprise Software (SAP). I began my career working with a finance and investment firm, Jackson National. I spent my time away from school working at Jackson, doing what I would call the real entry-level "grunt work" to hit the ground running after college with exposure to different departments and experience balancing multiple tasks and responsibilities. After I graduated from CMU, I had the opportunity to work with Auto-Owners Insurance Company. A highly respectable company in my hometown of Lansing, MI. Here I was able to gain my first working experience with SAP as a business analyst within the FSCD - Collections module. Working in a tightknit team environment with the main goal of finishing an ongoing SAP ERP implementation project was something I had always desired to be a part of. During this time, I also learned how to utilize project management tools such as JIRA and its documentation counterpart, Confluence. I worked within the Auto-Owners Collections department in this position until April of 2021. Since April of 2021 I have been working as an SAP S/4 Solution Specialist with one of the United States most popular Cannabis Companies, Trulieve. At Trulieve, I have had the opportunity to work on several projects and have also established myself as a subject matter expert in the SAP Sales & Distribution module. In addition to projects, I also work on ad-hoc issues related to system integrations and within SAP SD as they are reported. I have been working with Trulieve for just over a year now and I'm very exited for what the future brings me next!
