Quality Assurance Manager
Current• Interpret customer requirements and specifications and revise or design new procedures to ensure compliance.• Audit established procedures and quality systems to ensure compliance.• Supervise the Quality department personnel and provide guidance and feedback to improve performance.• Implement and maintain a Continuous Improvement program.• Assist customer and 3rd party auditors and inspectors.• Maintain an inspection program to ensure product complies with requirements.• Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.• Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives and department heads.
