Dylan has had significant roles in nearly 200 episodes of television and over a dozen feature films. He is also a dedicated writer who currently has multiple television series in various stages of development with notable production companies.Last year Dylan created a unique on-camera Acting workshop designed to help Actors improve their auditions and thrive on set.A graduate from George Brown’s Theatre Conservatory, Dylan earned a Dora Mavor Moore Award Nomination for Outstanding Performance in his first professional show, BLUFFERS MOON. Shortly after that Mr. Taylor began auditioning for film and television and quickly booked his first feature film, TIDELAND which had him working opposite Academy Award Winner Jeff Bridges and being directed by legendary film maker Terry Gilliam.Mr. Taylor has since appeared in over a dozen feature films including; CHARLIE BARTLETT, THE INCREDIBLE HULK, REASONABLE DOUBT, FAHRENHEIT 451, FLINT and RESIDENT EVIL: WELCOME TO RACCOON CITY, which have allowed him to share the screen with A-list actors including Robert Downey Jr., Edward Norton, Samual L. Jackson, Michael Shannon, Christina Ricci, and Michael B. Jordan… to name a few.No stranger to the small screen either, Mr. Taylor has had significant roles in nearly 200 episodes of television, including series regular roles in DEFYING GRAVITY (ABC), COVERT AFFAIRS (USA NETWORK), COPPER (BBC AMERICA), PURE (CBC/WGN), BAD BLOOD (CITYTV/NETFLIX), FORTUNATE SON (CBC/NBC) and WORKIN’ MOMS (CBC/NETFLIX). He played the title character in the critically acclaimed comedy WHAT WOULD SAL DO? (CRAVE), had a pivotal recurring role in the hit series THE EXPANSE (AMAZON), and was a fan favourite in the multi-Emmy-nominated mini-series STATION ELEVEN (HBOmax).Mr. Taylor has also made a name for himself in the voice and motion capture world, appearing in numerous games as HURK and his cousin SHARKY in globally renown video game franchise FAR CRY. While continuing to add to his acting resume Mr. Taylor has become a dedicated writer over the last several years. His first feature length script BUCKET BAR made the CANADIAN FILM FESTIVAL “IT LIST” and his first half-hour pilot earned him an invite to join Bell Media’s artist incubator DAIS. He has since written several other pilots — which have attracted international talents — that are currently in various stages of development with notable production companies.
