As a Digital Media Creator for the University of Sussex, I cover a variety of events happening on campus and in Brighton that are relevant to current students, prospective students, staff and Alumni. I go to the location of the events, gather footage, organise interviews if needed then edit the footage to upload it to the university's social media platforms such as Instagram (55,4k followers), Youtube or TikTok.

I volunteered at El Rio hostel (voted best hostel in Colombia for the year 2018) near Buritaca on the Caribbean coast of Columbia for 5 weeks as a Barman. It was my first time working as a barman but I quickly learned how to make and shake cocktails, poor drinks, work the till and cater to all clients as efficiently as possible during my 6 hour shifts 5 times a week. I majorly improved my Spanish on the job as well as a large portion of our clientele at the time were Colombians because of travel bans due to Covid. I was thanked by the bar manager who worked there, who told me I was one of the best volunteers they'd had in a while.
