I work with businesses and individuals providing real world education and on-going coaching for Mindfulness in the workplace, or creative sector. We (Modern Meditation Training) - Myself and a couple of longterm collaborators/ experts in the field offer and teach our expertise in the form of day long mindfulness/ meditation workshops or longer on-going training and coaching formats. These are offered either remotely via zoom or if local to Nottingham, UK in person on site.
