- Managed all incoming orders and assigned jobs to specific machine throughout seaming, inspections, inline perfing, sheeting, and sheeting with perfing process.- Managed and ordered equipments parts and supplies and call for service tech if needed.- Managed personel work schedule and vacation requests and help troubleshoot technical issues on daily basis.- Communicate with customer service rep / sales rep for any ship date change and or customer special request.- Working closely with Planners to help new customers determined what material best fits the application, assist determined the size of the sleeves, and assist any special request customers may have or concerned.- Managed all inspection visions systems on presses and slitter rewinders and troubleshoot any issues operators may have.- Managed Domino Amjet printer for operations and print quality or any technical setup.- Assist Folder operators with folding issues, machine problems/ part failure.- Assist Planners/ Artists with fold dimensions, fold patterns, and art orientation to fit find products.

- Assist supervisor oversees production floor, sign-off production start-up samples.- Help operators troubleshoot print issues/plate problems, mechanical issues.- Communicate with maintenance department to fix any machine problems or failures.- Assist rewinder/slitter operators solve slitting problems, machine malfunctions, solve production questions. - Control and maintain all jobs on the floor to be complete on time.

Help press operator prepares upcoming job, clean aniloxes, setup die, and help manage print quality during production.

- Support and troubleshoot all computers networking and communication issues. Manage all inspection vision systems on Presses and rewinders such as LVS, E&L Nyscan, and AVT and manage two Domino Amjet with GT Editor units.- Contact directly with equipment manufacture tech support to solve software/hardware failure.
