In this role I have been tasked with engaging and advising clients about their international travel plans to Europe. As a country specialist, we are hired due to extensive knowledge and experience in the country that we work within and use that knowledge to provide clients a life changing experience that they will remember for years. The Country Specialist role is incredibly multi-faceted in its structure. I remain as the single point of contact throughout the whole process, act as the sales specialist, account manager as well as the customer success manager to ensure fluidity throughout the clients journey.

Greater Boston Area

In this sales position, I have been responsible for the totality of the sales process. I was tasked with developing my own leads, managing existing clients, building rapport and closing all sales. I also am responsible for tracking analytics of potential clients and developing strategies to introduce our product in creative and innovative ways. The job also demands working closely with customers throughout the process and tailoring product descriptions to best resonate with the client.

San Francisco Bay Area

As a grant-funded employee, I focused on economic impact research for local immigration, housing, and economic opportunity policies in the San Francisco Bay Area. I also worked closely with the development team in grant writing, mass communications, and fundraising.
