I am Dylan Veal. In my junior year of high school, I took a personal finance class, which would be the first time I learned about anything related to finance. It was the best thing that happened to me. Ever since then, I've had this stubborn desire to learn about anything that relates to finance. It's what led me to choose finance and accounting as my majors. Whether watching a YouTube video or talking to my professor during office hours, I always try to gain a little more insight and expand my knowledge.I graduated high school as a dual enrollment student at the age of seventeen with three associate degrees, one from Georgia Military College and two from Central Georgia Technical College. Afterwards, I enrolled at Kennesaw State University, studying at Coles College of Business where I formed many life-long connections that I will always cherish. Currently, I'm furthering my studies at the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.My dedication to the field has led me to valuable experiences, including previously being a junior analyst at the KSU Student Managed Investment Fund and interning at Yamaha Motor Finance Corporation, U.S.A. as a credit analyst. These roles have allowed me to apply my classroom knowledge to real-world financial scenarios, further fueling my enthusiasm for the industry.I embrace a growth mindset, constantly seeking new challenges and adapting to change. This makes me a resilient and innovative team member, always striving for improvement. My approach can drive long-term success and foster a culture of innovation.
