Additionally, I enhanced the customer service chatbot by building an intent in Amazon Lex to address customer inquiries regarding funds availability, handling approximately 2000 inquiries weekly. Finally, I utilized LLMs to optimize the Agent Assistant tool, preventing the generation of duplicate Q&A articles by automatically identifying and managing similar customer intents in their chat messages, leading to more accurate and streamlined support for agents.

As a software engineer at Mage Data, I enhanced the Mage cyber discovery model, used to detect and statically mask sensitive data, by integrating a more accurate and secure categorization and scoring model for the data identification process. I designed a system to categorize sensitive data by identifying 40+ distinct key data categories, using header checks, a custom-built regex labeler, and data profiler labeling for accurate and efficient classification. Additionally, I tested out various third-party libraries for their accuracy and precision in categorizing data for the discovery model.
