Working at Dollymix Studios has been a fun learning experience for me while completing my final year of study, learning the need for good time management through the balancing of my education and my work. I also perfected my communication and interpersonal skills while securing the involvement of influencers to represent the brand, working with, and managing other employees. After spending some time working in the company, I took on the role of head of social media, a large responsibility, as all the brand’s communication is directed through the means of social media, improving my communication skills. The communication style required when talking to specific people changed, this was something I had to adapt to dependent on which influencer I was speaking to, improving my communication skills on an interpersonal level.
