As the Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Carson-Newman University, I help manage daily operations of the admissions team including recruitment efforts, student outreach campaigns, customer-service trainings, and more. I recruit and interview prospective students, and collaborate with our admission counselors to make final admissions decisions. I am responsible for organizing student outreach through various means of communication. Analyze data-driven reports to strategically plan for future means of action through the enrollment management division. I use my analytical skills and data entry proficiency to maintain accurate documentation of students' progress and goals. I also create a resource-rich environment for students and teachers on college readiness and educational and career planning. I am responsible for the onboarding training process and employee development program, ensuring our representatives are serving our students in the best way possible.I am passionate about sports and business, and I am pursuing a master's degree in business administration with a focus on sports management from Carson-Newman University, where I also graduated with a bachelor's degree in biology in 2022. I have over four years of experience as a PM shift manager at the Town of Dandridge, where I managed daily operations of sports and recreation facilities, and assisted in program development, coordination, and strategic revitalization. I have strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, and I am eager to apply them in the sports industry.
