In this role, I created an entire QA/Player Feedback department from the ground up that consisted of:-Establishing a company-wide hub detailing the QA Testing process-Setting up Asana/Sheets testing backlogs that all projects at Supersocial would use to effectively track and resolve QA Tester reports-Built a small contractor team of hourly QA Contractors along with building out an external tester database filled with those who come from the Roblox Community willing to provide QA/Feedback support. To pair alongside this, I worked consistently to provide integral Roblox Insights to all departments and upper management that vary from UGC Best Practices, Game Design Best Practices, sentiment reports about all projects Supersocial released, and much more. Some noteworthy brands I worked and launched with were NARS, e.l.f Cosmetics, Elf (Movie), Walmart, Gucci, UMG, Toikido, and many others.

In this role, I constructed and led a team of ~25 volunteer QA Testers to help MELON in the testing and reviewing of many various experiences, working with major names like Chipotle, NFL, Denzel Curry, Dave & Busters, and George Ezra. Along with leading all QA efforts, I worked alongside all various department leads and upper management to help provide insight and feedback for many projects to help my team members see things from a Roblox expert perspective.
