- Collaborated with the Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to record, color grade, edit, and publish all required video content for Nivati’s content library and marketing use.- Worked closely with the CEO and Department Heads to ensure their vision was present in all produced content and that every video represented Nivati’s mission, values, and standards.- Regularly worked with Graphic & Product Designers (both in-house and contracted) to make sure Nivati’s video content aligned with their overall visual design strategy.

-Lead a team of four videographers and directed visuals captured on location while also working with clients to make sure their vision was met both on location and throughout the editing process.-Edited and color graded footage, trained and instructed other editors to maintain editing and color grading standards for the final product.
