• Monitor compliance for over 700 services to maintain staff to child ratios, ensuring services meet state laws & regulations. • Identify areas that lack depth of pool and liaise with Recruitment Team • Manage employee behaviour through identifying behaviour not aligned with the Code of Conduct or contractual agreement and liaising with Employee Relations to investigate• Subject matter expert for emergency shifts• Daily upkeep of qualifications and expired working with children checks• Responsible person for signing state specific documentation in relation to WWCC• Manage a team of 5 associates based internationally in filling over 400 emergency shifts a day whilst overseeing 15,000 shifts nationally each week• Receiving and preparing rosters for future dates and creating past rosters for the Department of Education• Sourcing & updating staff availability to compare with a number of services requirements e.g. consistency and compliance• Identifying and organising for educators to travel interstate on short notice for work• Review and provide feedback on guidance support plans for children with additional needs• Liaise directly with Regional Managers, General Managers & Key Account Managers• Liaising with Inclusion Agencies & Inclusion Professionals to attend services to support educators and provide inclusions for children in care.• Authorised person on behalf of Camp Australia to apply for funding utilizing the Inclusion Support Portal.• Liaising with internal educators regarding their requesting for support for children & set their expectations with their request.• Lodging requests through online portals for additional funding requests

- Responsible for ongoing client management for over 300 dealer clients.- Coordinate all post-sale activities for clients, including setup, training and ongoing assistance- Train clients in user interface and required processes, followed up by regular contact to assist with ongoing advertising needs- Assisting dealers with their marketing strategy and post-sales activities for both web and print advertising.- Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationship with clients, and become their main point of contact for all their needs- Communicating with internal sales teams, graphic designers, layout and quality controllers and clients to ensure material is received, processed and distributed in accordance to strict deadlines.- Provide support and troubleshooting to clients using Bauer Trader’s advertising platform for print and digital advertising- Liaise with Customer Care, Production and Sales Team to ensure services are delivered on time and meet expectations- Maintain accurate records of activities following company processes- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement
