At the end of my Easter contract with TAG Live, I was looking enough to be offered a full-time contract working at Seal Bay resort As an AV technician with a lighting bias. To this day, I am working on numerous cast production shows, bands, early ents, as well as looking after equipment and venues. Since my employment with TAG Live, I’ve been lucky enough to gain experience in aerial performer flying, for which I received adequate training, As well as the use of pyrotechnics, including salamanders. I have also had the opportunity to relight some of the cash production shows including Savannah as well as I Put A Spell On You. I also let the Cove crew character shows to add production value to early ents. I was also lucky enough to be made lighting designer for the Curtains Up Showcase. This is a national event showcase for which head office including CEO (Andy Mills-Brown) and COO (Steve Caswell) from Tag Live as well as other entertainment providers/agencies to watch performers.

During Easter half term I was very lucky to receive the opportunity through TAG Live (formally known as Wave Technical) to be working on Europes largest holiday resort (Cove UK’s Seal Bay Resort (formerly Bunn Leisure). When I was here I learnt so much of the entertainment industry. I was taught how to operate early ents as well as character shows and cast production shows. I also used the skills I’d learnt through previous employment to be putting out lighting ground packages for bands. Whilst I was here I also self taught myself how to use Avolites titan software (as Venus used a TNP, Arena console and Quartz)

A part of my role I made sure I offered a relax and efficient style of customer service to passengers travelling through the terminal building.

Here I achieved a level 3 in production arts with a lighting design bias. I used ETC Eos along with Augment3d visualiser software.
