I started my career at OFFICE as Sales Assistant in Colchester and soon began developing my knowledge of the company to increase my promotional opportunities. After one year I was promoted to Supervisor of the Chelmsford store. One year after this, I was promoted to Assistant Manager. I took over the Manager position after my colleague took maternity leave and this was the position I held until I left the company. The Chelmsford store was one of the busiest stores in the area turning over 2.2 million a year. I was responsible for driving all areas of the business and for leading our team and delivering results.
