Dylan began performing music when he was 13 and started busking in the streets of his local town. From there he started playing in local music venues and supporting people such as Ian Moss, Diesel, Mark Seymour, Nathan Cavaleri and many more. Dylan has been writing and recording new music over the past couple of years and toured France and England in June 2017 to gain more exposure and inspiration for writing. A few years Dylan has formed a low tempo electronic soul band called 'La Mar' with friend and producer Andrew Grant. Along with playing festivals and Australian east coast shows, a few La Mar tracks have played on MTV's 'Scream' series and racked up over 1 million plays on Spotify collectively. Dylan was also a member of the Sydney brass band, Hot Potato Band, which he wrote a number of songs for and toured extensively with around Australia from 2015-17.

As a peer educator Dylan has been trained by health professionals who taught him about up-to-date information on safe sex, safe alcohol, other drug use and other related health issues in a fun and non-threatining way. With this information he, and others, would talk to young people on the streets about safe sex, safe alcohol, other drug use and other related health issues. Dylan was also apart of the drop in program at Menai, Miranda and Kurnell.
