On the research side, I focus on evaluating the impact of an intervention (or program) introduced by a large US bank on the behavior of customers from low-income households using advanced econometric techniques. Because my plans to become an academic changed during this process, and I felt that now was a good time to move into industry/consulting as clients were trying to adopt AI/ML, especially generative AI, to drive business value/growth.
