Hello! My name is Dylan Yi and I am from Frisco, Texas. I am currently enrolled as a student at Texas A&M's College of Engineering and am proud to be a part of the Craig and Galen Brown Engineering Honors program. I am also a National Rural and Small Town recipient at Texas A&M through the National Recognition program from College Board. I have aspiring dreams of studying computer science and want to pursuit a future career in software development to achieve my ultimate goal of changing the world for the better. In order to accomplish this dream, I strive to follow my core values of commitment, integrity, and accountability and apply them to everyday life. I have past experience in coding languages such as Java, SQL, and Python and plan to build and expand my knowledge of coding throughout my years in college. I have coded numerous of projects over the years and hope to continue building my passion through undergraduate research and the resources provided at Texas A&M. I ultimately hope that the teachings I learn here at the College of Engineering can translate beyond academics and into the real world to ultimately fulfill my dream of making the world a better place.
