Quick overview I started my career at Coffey Testing in 2019 as a Laboratory Technician working in the laboratory, out in the field and away on projects.I studied my AS and Q. Standards at the time I was offered a Cert IV in Laboratory Techniques I completed that and was exceding in my position dealing with Clients, gaining alot of technical experience working on main roads jobs and really learning about how to run a lab within accordance to ISO17025. Within our team I always lead by example and was great at teaching and running a team to be inspired and efficient and set the bar high. At Coffey's I was recognised multiple times for my Qaulity. I started gaining signatories and reporting results, i was than offered a 2IC position that i took on and started my Diploma of Laboratory Technology and completed it.
