* Conducting detailed reviews and resolutions of issues on BlackBerry devices working in closecollaboration with the customer support team to acquire information pertaining to faults and devicefailures* Applying knowledge of Networking, Exchange, BlackBerry, VMware and other variables to eliminate the issue and identify the root cause* Developing comprehensive documentation as requested by customers, working closely withBlackBerry teams* Personally accountable for building and testing environmentals within VMware in accordance with customer scenarios, recreating their environment and issues.* Attending customer site visits to review environments and assist with the planning of deploymentsand resolving any issues
