As the Cleveland International Film Festival's Digital Operations Manager, I support CIFF's annual festival across three areas:1. Digital Operations I serve as CIFF's "Airtable guru," leveraging my platform expertise and extensive knowledge of data analytics, systems analysis, and technology to streamline operations across all teams. I design, implement, and monitor systems to share real-time information between core festival teams like guest relations, fundraising, programming, projection, scheduling, and the Screening Team. I also design websites and dashboards utilizing APIs from Airtable and Eventive to support festival operations. 2. Call for Entries and ProgrammingAs part of the Programming team, I collaborate closely with CIFF's Artistic Director and Programming Managers to manage feature films from submission to selection. Through data capture, information sharing, and facilitating the operations of the Features Screening Team, I ensure the festival's programming information is up-to-date and accurate. 3. Screening TeamI oversee and ensure that CIFF's film-loving group of 150+ volunteer judges operates successfully. I design and teach a meaningful orientation session for new judges annually, emphasizing practical film analysis and critique—even for those with no film education background—through appropriate sociocultural lenses. I also design one-sheet resources, manage the team's knowledge hub, and serve as the primary advisor for judges on best practices and policies for rating and writing feedback in their roles.
