Worked on a high performing Project Management team for NIWC Atlantic/Pacific (formerly known as SPAWAR) projects. Reaches out to vendors for quotes and procurement matters on the Bill of Materials (BOM). Coordinates DoD Foreign Travel for employees to support NIWC projects. Utilizes various DoD Foreign Travel systems like APACS, SPOT, and IATP to ensure travelers meet the DoD requirements. Submits personnel for CAC Cards/NIWC Badges through ITSM.

Ordered and issued out aircraft parts to maintenance and other supporting bases throughout the world to meet mission requirements. Managed five employees, making sure they were meeting the standards of the US Air Force. Ordered MICAP (Mission Capable) parts to support high priority missions throughout the world. Supported the frame of the Boeing C-17 and used supply systems like ILS (Integrated Logistics Support), G081, FEDLOG, and ETIMS to identify, issue, and look up aircraft parts.

Conducted annual warehouse, kit, and weapon validations. Responsible for inventory management of all aircraft parts, weapons, and IPE (Individual Protection Equipment) gear on JB Charleston AFB, SC. Worked with supply systems like ILS (Integrated Logistics Support), G081, FEDLOG, and ETIMS to identify and track missing or misidentified parts.
