Professional Development Experience includes Coordinator and host of biweekly professional development workshops and symposia, focused on how to thrive in a corporate environment and working within the Pharmaceutical Industry. Manage approximately 180 colleagues to ensure active engagement and adherence to fellowship requirements.

Fostered relationships with members and helped expand the number of involved members in the organization. Conducted functional planning for the Annual Meeting. Worked with Measure Development Team on proposed Quality Measure.

-Evaluated patient immunogenicity profiles and medication habits to determine eligibility for lung transplantation.-Evaluated medication habits for over 100 kidney, liver and pancreas transplant candidates to inform decision of patient eligibility.

Worked to further patient care though medication adherence, proper delivery, and proper sterile techniques to ensure the best quality care is provided to patients during their inpatient stay.

-Provide direct patient care to Ramah Navajo population.-Develop and implement public health initiatives to address health concerns for the unique population.

-Work with the FDA / Center for Drug Evaluation and Research / Office of Regulatory Policy to steer guidance development for several proposed guidance documents. -Strategize efficient ways to address Hatch-Waxman citizen petitions to the FDA and made recommendations on NDA/ANDA issues concerning exclusivity.

-Author two bills to be introduced and passed in 2017 Legislation (House Bills 3 and 4) on Pharmacist Prescriptive Authority.-Compile notes and consensus from Board Meetings to update proposed regulation, particularly around Telepharmacy expansion and Pharmacy Technician Immunization status.-Convene groups of other healthcare professionals to address public health concerns in the state of Idaho.

Formulated national position letters to federal regulatory bodies. Met with federal legislators to lobby on pharmacy issues. Focused on critically reviewing proposed regulations and succinctly communicating the potential changes to membership. Crafted call-to-action communications regarding issues brought forward by federal regulatory and statutory changes.

-Recommended actions for Pharmacy and Therapeutics committee concerning over 18 new drugs as well as implementation of formulary changes into EHR documentation and dispensing workflow.

-Collaborated with suppliers through contract negotiations to ensure fair pricing and access (particularly in times of medication shortage) and identified delivery issues concerning prepackaged medications in an Integrated Delivery Network system.

Energized prospective University of Pittsburgh students to encourage them to join the Pitt Community. Spent time networking with families to address and ease any potential questions and concerns. Communicated acceptance to the University to prospective students. Served as a student liaison to the University staff and faculty.

Performed literature searches and research in order to help new drugs move up in the pipeline. Co-authored paper on Schizophrenia for future issue of P&T Journal. Communicated new information on disease states and drug formulations through "Lunch and Learn" to staff. Critically looked at market for long-acting antipsychotic injectables and assist in strategy to get new drugs into market.
