Current• Led a global initiative to launch a series of cloud microservices in support of upcoming product launchesand B2B opportunities. This involved onboarding a new engineering team in China and coordinatingengineering, product, and TPM resources across the US, South Korea, and China.• Volunteered to lead the Incident Commander group, responsible for supporting incidents across ourcloud platform. Helped introduce new processes, rotate talent, and navigate complex incidents.• Retained, hired, and promoted talent within the location cloud team while establishing a team culturethat is self-sustaining, delivers results, and gives back to the broader organization. Eventually handed offmanagement of this team to pursue leading in other key areas, such as Security & Privacy.• First participant of the STEP program. Worked at Samsung’s headquarters in South Korea for 6 weeks.Helped plan, coordinate, and facilitate projects. Worked closely with individuals to improve productquality and bridge communication gaps.• Delivered upon numerous critical projects for the org, many of which required navigating difficultresourcing and prioritization challenges, shipping changes at scale with zero downtime, and oftenrequiring coordination across global teams.• Designed and proposed an initiative to improve quality within the engineering organization, eventuallyleading to adoption of the initiative as an org-wide company goal.
