This gave me an immersive first-hand look at what the retail market is like in Brazil. In this role I learnt how to negotiate effectively with suppliers, and successfully deliver product descriptions to customers which was a great way to further develop my Portuguese.• Significantly reduced supply costs by negotiating the price on phone parts which needed to be ordered in.• Received positive customer feedback and would frequently be left compliments on Dr Apple’s Instagram page.• Started out as part time, however, I was offered full a full time role shortly after.
