I am intrigued by careers in engineering because of constant advances in engineering technology and tools. Working as an engineer provides a great sense of value because what I do every day directly impacts and improves the lives of the world's population. I am able to offer new views and work well with the existing views and aspirations of a company and be a great team player and drive continuous improvement. In addition to being a team player, I am also able to use my past experiences in manufacturing, oil & gas and the power generation industries to help maintain a safe work environment, meeting the highest safety and environmental standards. Throughout my past roles, I have worked on and led cross functional teams through complex engineering projects. These projects span from the early stages of concept and scope development all the way through to full production. This includes planning , budgeting, driving design reviews, prototyping, testing, commissioning, and failure analysis with corrective action until a desirable end result is achieved. Throughout all of my roles I have succeeded in improving design and business processes to better serve customers and drive a better end result to every project.
