In my previous roles, I have worked with late-stage private and public technology companies, specializing in Defense Tech, FinTech, AdTech, and Consumer Internet sectors, as well as large corporate diversified industrials, focusing on Engineering & Construction and Government Services industries. I have contributed to the origination and execution of debt and equity transactions, as well as the delivery of comprehensive banking solutions.
