ROWDY BAGS is a Cape Town based high fashion leather bags company with social entrepreneurship at its core. A benefit corporation in everything but name, it was a pleasure telling the story of this company that embraces ethical salaries and practices, funds employees trying to further their education and creates premium, hand-crafted leather bags that are certified for life but still incredibly well priced. They are truly a company that cares.HEAD OF PHOTO AND VIDEO: late 2014 - presentI was responsible for establishing ROWDY's social media platforms and marketing whilst creating the strategies and photographic/video content for their website and social media platforms. My first task was building an infinity curve in order to take the fifty product shots displayed in ROWDY's online store. I also created and began populating ROWDY's Pinterest and Facebook pages. In just 4 months the Pinterest page amassed over 2000 engaged followers and the Facebook page amassed over 1500.
