My name is Dylan Bravata, and I'm a senior marketing major with a certificate in Business Analysis at The University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have developed a strong foundation for marketing principles that has translated into effective marketing strategies. I started with 3 years of customer service experience during the pandemic, where I was named an outstanding senior by the Journal Sentinel in Milwaukee. Through this experience, I developed curiosity and growth in my interpersonal and communication skills that propelled the beginning of my marketing career. My marketing coursework, combined with hands-on projects, has equipped me with a solid understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and data analysis. I am adept at utilizing tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights that translate to effective marketing strategies. I've been named to the Spring 2021 and Fall 2023 Dean's Lists, as well as Spring 2022 and Spring 2023 Honor Roll Recipient. Eager to apply my knowledge, I then found hands on experience in the marketing field with Aptar Closures, where I worked as a marketing intern. Through this internship, I discovered numerous aspects of marketing ranging from data analysis, market research, consumer studies, creation of promotional content, and Microsoft office suite. I also developed along with another intern a new product catalog for our North American products, which has been used at trade shows and key customer visits. And I've worked cross functionally with other departments like sales and R&D to ensure a cohesive and unified approach.
