This work led partner organizations to donate four field staff and tap their volunteer networks to make over 22,000 calls to Washington voters.- Led dynamic and best-practice focused training programs to create buy-in and build skills among staff and supporters.- Strategically managed a $300,000 budget to fully fund a program that exceeded all quantitative goals. - Successfully managed major phone and field vendors, integrating a paid canvassing operation that knocked on 80,000 doors and a paid phone program that made 60,000 calls with our statewide volunteer field program at the strategic and tactical level.
