As a Line cook at Fridays my main station was sauté. Where most of what I made was in a fry pan. This could be anywhere from Quesadillas, Pastas, Tacos or other things. If I was on closing I was also responsible for cleaning the kitchen at the end of the night and washing up the final kitchen equipment. There were also other times I was on other stations.

As a Food Runner at Hovden Alpinsenter Lodge I was responsible mainly for delivering orders quickly and efficiently from the kitchen to customers. At the end of lunch service I often would transition to dishwashing while trying to help out when needed. For a brief time I also worked in the carpark to take payments and line up and direct cars where to park.
