With my tour in public accounting behind me, finding somewhere that I could settle and grow long-term was imperative to my own personal and professional development. I wanted somewhere that I could find meaning in my work while also being proud of saying who I work for. It didn't take long for me to land on Delta Faucet Company as my top contender.Being able to say that I work for the industry-leading company dedicated to how we interact with water gets my passion to flow, both in the work I do and through personal fulfillment. 2020 was a year full of changes for many. For me, one of those changes led me to becoming a staff accountant at MRPR. When I tell people that I am a CPA, MRPR gives me the tools, knowledge, and practice that allows me to live up to that title.I see the true value of working for a smaller CPA firm in being exposed to so much variety of work and clients.
