Management InternEnterprise Jun 2023 - PresentGlasgow City, Scotland, United KingdomI was selected for the 2023 intake of Management Interns for Enterprise. Based in the Glasgow city centre branch I was able to experience all aspects of the business ranging from day-to-day hires, to working with corporate and insurance clients as well as fleet management, inspection and maintenance. During my three month internship I was able to improve upon strong service and communication skills working with a diverse range of clients and customers. As a strong performer during the intership with a track record of great serivce and sales I was asked if I would like to continue my career at Enterprise which I am currently doing. I am grateful to my managers and colleagues for the friendship and knowledge I have gained during the internship and after. Over the course of the academic year our group provided… Show more As part of the University of Strathclyde's Management Development Programme, I was paired with Vertical Forest CIC as part of 4 person team tasked with stakeholder mapping and creating a business strategy for the community interest company specialising in biotechnology. During this project we would regularly meet with the directors of Vertical Forest CIC, discuss their vision for the business as well as the project we were tasked with. Over the course of the academic year our group provided Vertical Forest CIC with stakeholder mapping using a stakeholder salience model agreed upon with the client prior, developed and business strategy with project Gantt chart and gave a final presentation of our findings. I am thankful for the opportunity and continued support provided by Kimia Witte and David Scott of Vertical Forest CIC during the time of the project.
