When organizing, we used Excel and Google Forms, to manage candidate information and track progress seamlessly. In executing recruitment, I handled everything from zoom interviews and rush events to coordinating logistics like food and activities. Our aim was not just to recruit, but to foster a sense of belonging among potential new members. With over 100 brothers actively involved, our efforts created a vibrant community embodying the values and spirit of our organization.
