Manufactured complex parts out of a wide variety of materials including more exotic such as super duplex stainless, titanium, zirconium, brass, bronze, Inconel, tantalum, cobalt, and niobium.• Managed financing and construction of 45,500 sq ft facility• Obtained $300,000 refundable tax credit based on total project investment and new jobs created over three years from the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC)• Implemented recruitment strategy to secure an entire workforce of skilled machinists in a job seekers market during COVID19 pandemic• Oversaw company operations and employee productivity; built a highly inclusive company culture of creativity and innovation• Drove decisions for operations activities, responsible for special projects• Decision making and financing on new machine purchases to come up with the best, most cost-effective options to increase production capacity and capabilities• Developed, improved, and monitored internal processes, reviewing operation reports by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics and continually introducing process improvement measures to reduce costs and streamline operations• Developed, lead, directed, and managed the finance, accounting, and operations teams
