I managed a movie rental store on the weekends. It was a customer service job where I was constantly interacting with customers, cash handling, organization of store, and general upkeep. The job was mostly revolved around the customer service aspect.

Responsible for all activities, including cash handling, account management, computer ticketing system. Process tickets at sales box office. Acted as an intermediary for supervisor to resolve problems and respond to policy or procedural questions. Concessionist - Maintain safe and sanitary working conditions, accurate cash handling procedures at all times. Follow rules and regulations for food and beverage. Provide great customer service and interact with customers and clients in a pleasant and professional manner. Usher - Responsible for retrieving tickets, advising people where to go, coordinating and cleaning theaters. Follow outside food and drink policy, and ensure the whole property looks appealing for customers.
