Served as an associate manager within Lockheed Martin Space Company within the Business Innovation Transformation and Enterprise Excellence (BITEE) portfolio. I led a team of data engineers/scientist towards digitally transforming our functional areas to increase the company’s competitive advantage amongst an increasingly advanced industry landscape. My team’s focus is to collaborate effectively with architects, business process engineers, and developers to understand the customer needs; and work to deliver applications and products which satisfy them in conjunction with re-engineered processes to compliment them fully. My team followed an agile approach (scrum/Kanban) and leveraged design thinking to ensure that incremental wins are effectively adopted by end-customers. We work in a variety of environments (IBM Cloud Pak, AWS, Domino, Inistar) to meet customer needs in a secure way that can maximize platform native applications and minimize latency or duplication. Our standard approach is to leverage data virtualization to construct our data pipelines, followed by a series of data lakes and feature stores to ultimately train and run AI/ML models to be deployed to a front-end. This high-level approach can accommodate a wide range of platforms/applications for execution, and we work with our customer and their requirements to determine what best suites their needs and can be applied to an enterprise architecture.Aside from managing the team’s technical execution, my formal leadership includes working with each of my employees (both direct and indirect) to ensure I understand their career goals and can help them achieve them. I help them create goals and milestones to which they can learn new soft/technical skills, new business context, and gain mentor/mentee experience. I work with them in a variety of ways for conflict-resolution, and most importantly I delegate tasks in a means that can both help them grow and help the team accomplish deliverables.

Currently serving as Aeronautics’ Portfolio Manager for a Data Enhancement Portfolio and a Cognitive Solutions Portfolio. Both portfolios are encompassed under the corporate led Digital Transformation Program. Data Enhancement is focused on upgrading and advancing the company’s IT, cloud, on-premise, and service infrastructure. Cognitive Solutions is focused on advanced NLP, AI/ML deployments, neural networks, and other advanced technologies. Both portfolios lead a Cloud First corporate strategy, Data Governance Tools, ETL Platforms, Virtualization tools, custom UI's and Web Apps, large GovCloud ecosystems, and graph database technology. Total portfolios combine to account for over $10M in yearly labor and numerous deliverables across the Enterprise. I work across business areas to ensure projects are managed in an agile capacity. I lead design thinking and change management activities within each organization, including their executive leadership to ensure engaged sponsorship, which enables me to drive projects towards success. I work to accelerate program’s value for the end-user, providing the maximum benefit to stakeholders, a great return on investment, and an enjoyable customer experience.

As a lead member of the Enterprise Sustainment Operations team, and specifically the Process and Performance Team, I support cross-platform alignment and sustainment capability enhancements through process and tool development optimization related to Advanced Data Analytics via a corporate backed Sustainment Transformation Initiative. I work with external vendors and internal collaborations to evaluate various commercial off-the-shelf software and hardware platforms to solve current and future data related platform issues. Demonstrated business case analyses of possible alternatives, and worked to manage their creation, planning, and implementation of their projects into their line of business. Allowed program office and stakeholders the insight to ensure the projects met schedule, costs, and quality standards. By implementing various data science related projects, Lockheed Martin is enabled to use predictive analytics and a various collection of tools, programs, and software to bring more readiness and at less cost to the customer across all the various air vehicle platforms.

Sustainment Operations Leadership Readiness (SOLR) targets early career sustainment employees, with the goal of exposing participants to various sustainment capabilities through rotational assignments, while focusing on professional development, leadership skills, and business acumen.The SOLR program is designed to develop and retain early career professionals working in Sustainment Operations. It targets level 1 and 2 employees and exposes participants to several competencies of sustainment while expanding their professional development. Participants complete four, six-month rotations and complete a business project each year.By developing skills and strengthening expertise, participants will be vital in helping Aeronautics, and will be critical for sustaining our Team with top Sustainment leaders for decades to come.At the conclusion of the program, it is intended that participants take on a more active role as a leader in Sustainment. Helping to build successful teams and deliver Lockheed Martin's desired results - to Engage, Perform, Win, and Grow our business while encouraging a successful Culture of Accountability.

Currently working in ALGS Operations Center for the Sustainment Division of the F-35 program. Serve as the central management capable of monitoring and responding to Air System Support across entire fleet (USAF, USMC, USN, & International Partners).Directly provide front line support to all partners on the F-35 program on a site to site level. Help maintain assets and equipment to keep an increased aircraft availability and maintenance/deployment schedule. Develop processes intended to reduce inventories and improve supply chain management, in and overall effort to decrease program cost for our customers.Help to set up and demonstrate performance based logistics, in an effort to improve overall aircraft availability throughout the entire fleet. Coordinate with BAE, Pratt & Whitney, and Northrop Grumman (now a Lockheed Martin company) to assist ground crews and sustaining engineers in all aircraft goals.Manage phone calls 24/7 directly with sites in cases of emergencies, in order to coordinate with flight safety, design, and sustaining engineers to help solve immediate issues a pilot may have while airborne.

Artesia/Hobbs New Mexico

Coordinated internal logistics and designed, implemented, and oversaw the application of various stimulation techniques of Acid and Hydraulic Fracturing in order to improve the overall production of oil and gas for various customer specifications. Worked alongside many other Halliburton product service lines and coordinated with the customer to accomplish large scale production goals in the Permian and Wolfcamp Basins.
