I am a Senior at UNC Wilmington. I am studying for a degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance. During my time as a student, I have continued to grow my detailing business. I have experience managing online advertisements and strategies, improving efficiency on job sites, bookkeeping, and customer relations.I have conducted a financial analysis of Lowe's Home Improvement consisting of calculating their CAPM and WACC, forecasting cashflows, and analyzing financial statements. With this, I calculated an estimated value as well as created and presented a presentation on the findings. I have also completed an analysis on a Wilmington residential property, producing a presentation for lenders and investors using, but not limited to, the following financial ratios; EDR, DSCR, B/E, O/E, and LTV.Let’s connect!
