When looking at my goals in life I aim to create value in whatever I do. I put a lot of effort in creating a great environment for my family, my employer and myself. The quality in everyday life comes from what I make of it and I look for quality in all aspects of what I do. While looking for the best things, knowing what to focus all of my attention on is key. Having a productive outlook in work and at home creates that great environment I strive for. If I am able to complete my tasks on time and at work I do not need to bring work home and I am able to re-energize myself for the next day at work. While I am able to strive for greatness and bring a unique outlook to my work I am still able to follow rules and regulations of my industry. I make sure everything that I do has all of the proper steps taken to finish the job on time and correctly. I surround myself with the best quality individuals at home and at work to make sure that I am leading the best life I can and am working towards the same goal as every one else at work.   -Mentor new Advocates and STEM teachers, leading them on a path to success, through informal training.-Manage student’s interactions through complex activities to enrich their learning of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.-Teach students how to build circuits to ensure the robots/ projects have the ability to work to their designed functions.-Spearhead the project of building a cell phone holder that the students had to engineer. (Yearly)-Enforce a positive learning environment by diffusing conflicts that arise during STEM events.-Utilize positive behavioral techniques to create learning environments that complement the students’ needs.-Adapt to adverse situations involving lesson plans and teacher’s ideologies.-Maintain a healthy relationship with all teachers, gaining their trust for administration of their curriculum given the students will learn the material correctly.-Lead large groups of over two hundred students by setting an example of preferred behavior.
